What Does this ultrasound Scan Result Mean?

hello doctor hope to have your consult about my case at the check-up i made for my pelvis the uterus is bulky, 142 x141 mm ,, A/V , smooth empty cavity 8 mm. there is 125x86 mm fundo posterior intramural myoma. normal cervix both ovaries are normal in size & texture with 16 x 14 mm rt-side ovarian follicle no cyst no pelvic free fluid no pelvic L.A.P Is my case dangerous and require surgery ? should i do hysterectomy?

Hello

USG findings suggests enlarged uterus with presence of large fibroid in fundo-posterior wall.
Fibroid is a benign tumour of uterus.
Treatment of fibroid depend upon many things like age,complications of fibroid,family status etc.
Its treatment include both conservative and surgical.
Firstly,medical management should be tried.Hormone therapy is beneficial to some patients.

You may require surgery after evaluation.
Other findings are normal.
You should consult your gynecologist for further management.
